To further the new urbanist design standards for the Brunswick Pike Redevelopment Area in Lawrence Township (also by CCH), CCH was retained to prepare conceptual plans and elevations for a mixed-use facility that would serve as a model for subsequent development in the corridor.
The building’s corner location and relationship to the street give the project prominence and creates a distinct street edge, highlighted by the four story rotunda. The base of the building is retail/office with the upper floors dedicated to senior housing. The Township selected Community Investment Strategies as the developer. The Heritage Village development provides an important first step in the development of this commercial boulevard.
