White Oak Lane at Mantua deveopment is 72 units of affordable housing units for families. The site is a former brownfield site and will feature a bus stop along Main Street, attractive landscaping, a playground, and a pond. The project consists of 15 one-bedroom units, 22 two-bedroom units and 35 three-bedroom units. Each apartment will has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, full baths, generous bathrooms and ample closet space. Each unit has a distinct covered exterior entry as well as a private exterior patio or balcony. Every unit has Energy Star appliances as well as efficient heating and cooling systems that meet the Energy Star Homes Program requirements. All of the first floor units are handicap accessible or handicap adaptable. The community building features office space and community amenities such as a fitness room, a laundry facility, and a community room for residents.
