Lambert Castle Restoration Wins State Historic Preservation Award


The restoration of Lambert Castle recently received a New Jersey State Historic Preservation Award presented by Preservation NJ for Preservation Craftmanship. This award acknowledges projects exhibiting exceptional merit and craftmanship skills in the field of historic preservation. The work restored all historic finishes, addressed building system deficiencies, provided new LED lighting and restored the exterior facade. The award was presented to Andrew Thompson, AIA and Kelly Ruffel, both accepting on behalf of Passaic County and the Board of County Commissioners.
