June 4th 2013, Mr. Bob Farren of VIP baseball conducted a ground breaking ceremony for Edelman Financial Field (aka Loudoun Hounds Ballpark). There was a crowd of over 200 at the One Loudoun Mixed-Use Development site, which also included horses and dogs from the Loudoun Hunt Club.
The ballpark will be home to the Loudoun Hounds of the Independent Atlantic League baseball club and Virginia Cavalry FC NASL professional soccer club. Please click the links below to view Local news coverage and images of the event.
