Clarke Caton Hintz provided design services to upgrade the existing public spaces at 4390 Route 1. The spaces include lobbies, corridors and restrooms. An important design element is the kinetic sculpture suspended within the building’s main atrium.

To best assist the real estate brokers marketing the building, CCH has also prepared new graphic marketing materials. Work also included establishing new building design standards which incorporated LEED principles for “green” design.
