About
Bovis Lend Lease, had a corporate mandate to move to a building that could achieve LEED Certification. CCH assisted the building owners and Bovis and determined after reviewing the checklist that LEED CI was achievable at Princeton South Corporate Center in Ewing, NJ. An open floor plan with no private offices was utilized. Small huddle rooms were provided for staff for informal meeting and a place to make private phone calls. Bold colors and innovative building materials were used throughout the space.
