The Lawrence Township Senior Center was constructed in the late 1980’s to serve an expanding senior population. Since that time, the senior population has continued to grow and their interests and hobbies have changed. Clarke Caton Hintz was retained to upgrade and expand the existing facility to meet the current needs of the township’s seniors.
A new game room addition allowed the existing game room to be converted to a much needed multi-purpose space. Alterations included changing the infrequently used sewing room to a modern computer lab. The existing art room was reconfigured to a more efficient layout.
The building exterior was completely rehabilitated and all roof areas were removed, repaired and replaced.
