Mill HIll Historic District: Market Rate, Single Family

Mill Hill is a National Historic District in downtown Trenton. Consisting of a variety of brick and frame rowhouses built between 1835 and 1890, the neighborhood has been undergoing redevelopment for a number of years. Clarke Caton Hintz worked with Atlantis Historic Properties, LLC, to restore a number of vacant and deteriorating structures as single-family houses. Projects have ranged from the restoration of a charming 1200 sf clapboard house built in 1850, to the restoration of a grand, 3300 sf brick and brownstone Victorian rowhouse built in 1885. The exteriors are restored to be consistent with their period of construction. Interiors are updated with all new systems and modern kitchen and baths, while as much of the historic fabric as possible is retained and restored.
