About
Brookdale Community College purchased an existing building for re-use as their branch campus. This former office building has been renovated to include a student success center, administrative space, restrooms and classrooms.
Improvements made on the exterior of the building include a new entry vestibule. The interior of the building was a “gut” renovation of the first, third and fourth floors, requiring new systems throughout.
The building serves all educational programs for both Brookdale Community College as well as their tenant, Rutgers University.
