To increase its presence within the campus community and to improve the overall student experience, a new vision for University Commons was needed. This includes interior finish refreshes and updates to furniture throughout the University Center encompassing three linked buildings.
Plans revitalize critical student lounge and study space while addressing maintenance concerns that have arisen over the buildings history. Feature walls anchor critical entry points and interior transition spaces where plans are to capture some of the campuses rich history and diversity. CCH prepared various renderings and animations for presentations to faculty, staff and students to help build consensus and advance the project.
