Your Role: BIM Manager
We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead firmwide BIM strategy and strengthen the role of design technology in project delivery. This strategic, hands-on role focuses on improving quality, efficiency, and collaboration across the practice.
You’ll work with leadership and project teams to implement standards, support staff, and streamline workflows. Ideal candidates bring strong technical skills, clear communication, and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and implement the firm’s BIM strategy with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Support project teams with BIM model creation and standards implementation
• Lead BIM kick-off meetings and coordinate model setup and execution plans
• Mentor staff at all levels in Revit and related digital workflows
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and digital libraries
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of models and documentation
• Assist in clash detection processes and resolution strategies
• Automate common tasks and develop custom routines to improve productivity
• Support in-house training on tools, workflows, and standards
• Coordinate BIM software installations and assist with internal IT efforts
• Provide timely, responsive support to staff throughout the design process
• Research and recommend tools that align with evolving design technology trends
• Align BIM practices with our values: sustainability, preservation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
What You Bring
• 6–10 years minimum of experience in BIM/CAD production, coordination, and leadership
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit and fluency in related tools
• Proven success developing and implementing firm-wide BIM standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with consultant coordination and detailed project delivery
• Familiarity with sustainable and/or preservation-focused work is a plus
• Experience with GIS and its integration with design workflows is a plus
