Mercer County Community College: Kerney Hall

As part of its continuing mission to build upon its strong foundation in Trenton, Mercer County Community College undertook to significantly improve upon student space at Kerney Hall. Existing underutilized interior support space was completely removed to provide for a new Student Commons. The space provides previously lacking and much needed student space for collaboration and study. The space has completely transformed the character of the building, providing a new heart that has been embraced by the student population. Also as part of this work, previously inaccessible exterior space was captured to provide new state of the art classroom space.
