Located at the center of the West Windsor playing fields at Princeton University, the Haaga House is the new home of the Men?s and Women?s Rugby teams as well as the club sports. The building is two pavilions separated by a central gathering space but unified by a single gabled roof structure. The underside of roof is the most striking feature of the design – the stained tongue and groove cedar paneling.
The building supports the expanding rugby program by providing home and visitor team rooms, storage, and restroom facilities. In addition, the building acts as a lightning shelter during storms.
