East Trenton Community Center Groundbreaking

On September 14, 2023, the East Trenton Collaborative and New Jersey Community Capital celebrated the groundbreaking for the rehabilitation of the former East Trenton Library. The building is listed on the National and New Jersey State Registers of Historic Places. This vital community space has been closed for over a decade and, with the support from the City of Trenton, New Jersey Community Capital, the New Jersey Historic Trust and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, the restored historic structure will reopen in 2024 as the East Trenton Community Center!
