North Brunswick turns over a new leaf with redevelopment of apartments

Oakleaf Village has been recommended as an area in need of redevelopment. The North Brunswick Planning Board voted to approve the recommendation after Michael Sullivan, a principal with the Clarke Caton Hintz planning firm, made a presentation on Aug. 14 outlining the reasons the apartment complex needs to be renovated.
