Wildwood City Adopts New Land Use Plan!

Congratulations to the Wildwood City Planning and Zoning Board, who adopted a new City-wide Land Use Plan on October 3! The plan, prepared with Clarke Caton Hintz, is a comprehensive vision to promote mixed-use development in high-value areas and adapt to rising sea levels by reducing density in areas with repetitive flooding and linking building heights to future flood elevations.
