Rowan University: Rowan Hall

As construction is underway for a new Engineering Hall (CCH Architects of Record) that connects to Rowan Hall, Clarke Caton Hintz has developed a phased renovation of Rowan Hall due to the vacancy from relocated departments into the new building. The phasing coordinates with the existing building functions. Engineering disciplines within Rowan Hall are Chemical Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Areas to be renovated shall include wet and dry laboratory spaces suitable for teaching and research.

Each engineering department was branded and given their own visual identity within Rowan Hall. Work also included the construction of the new eXeed STEM center for educational outreach to pre-college students.
