The Shoppes at Passaic Avenue

This redevelopment project is on a 24 acre property which contained nine former industrial buildings and a 25 foot grade change from back to front. The project consists of six buildings and provides a total of 152,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, anchored by an 87,000 square foot BJ’s Wholesale Club.  A series of tiered retaining walls were designed to accommodate large building pads.  All buildings were designed with a similar brick facade and awning aesthetic.
