Thomas Edison State University: Kelsey Building

With the creation of the new Glen Cairn Hall and the new Center for Learning and Technology (both also by CCH), Thomas Edison State University was able to recapture space within the historic Kelsey Building and adjacent townhouses to expand select University academic and administrative functions, including but not limited to, the Heavin School of Arts & Science, the School of Business & Technology and the School of Science & Technology. Work also included upgrades to common area finishes, a new President’s Conference Room, as well as creating display areas for the Thomas Edison Collection.

In addition to newly programmed spaces, work also included deferred maintenance projects such as a new roof, building systems and a new ceremonial archway.
